Am I Killing Allendale County?

"Yea, some of my best friends are black. I talk to them when I go to the Post Office." "I went by this white man's house to see if he would let me rake some of his leaves. Nah, I'm not a racist!" Do any of these comments sound familiar?
The County of Allendale is in trouble because the people of Allendale keep doing and thinking the same way they have always thought and done things! If you want Allendale to prosper, you must first realize that if you stay the same, the results will always be the same.
Allendale is dying because people have rejected change.
Praise the Lord Jesus for a few brave souls who are standing up and rejecting the ridicule, the racist remarks, the past failures of Allendale. In the Book of James, he discusses faith as a practical and necessary ingredient in our relationship with Jesus, but he makes it clear that faith is not talk!
"Faith without works is dead!" If you say some of your best friends are black, then invite your friends into your house and talk over a bowl of catfish stew! Stop lying to yourself! "Faith without works is dead!"
If you're willing to make some money off some white man, why not invite him to Hardees for a burger and fries, get to know the person! "Faith without works is dead!"
Mayor Dix challenged Allendale County to take a bus ride to Mississippi made up of 20 blacks and 20 whites to see how a community in worse shape than Allendale overcame racism, hatred, and certain destruction. Do you have the guts to sit with people you may not know, of color you may not understand, and seek together answers for your County?
Personally, I assured the Mayor that I am going! I've talked to a few of you and I know that Rep. Cave said that he's going! What about the rest of you? Where is your faith?
May I get a little more blunt? There are people that may read this that have decided they would rather go to hell with Allendale County than let some white man into their life or some black man. Shame on you!
I have been asked to preach in several churches in this area. I know that some of them are racist, but I did because the Lord let me preach the truth! Some of those racist churches were white, and a few were black. I would hope to be asked into more of them, but to be honest, they reject God's Word which is all I preach!
Where is your faith? Will you stop lying to yourself and confess your sins of racism allowing the blood of Jesus to wash you clean? Sorry, you men of god (little g!) who say you're going to heaven, but are racists!! You will never see heaven unless you repent, but worse yet you will be accountabile to God for all the others you lied to from your pulpit! Lord, help all the ministers who will be in hell!!
