There is a difference between godliness and ungodliness!

Rev. John R. Greene

"Be tolerant. Come together, you can compromise and arrive at an agreement." These are frequent messages from many sources in today's society. But, what does the message of tolerance mean? What are the implications to compromise and agreement?

In Ezekiel 22, the prophet states that men of God have broken God's Word by placing no difference between the holy and the profane. In other words, God and His Word were united with ungodliness. Satan was joined with Jesus, the things of the world with God's way of doing things.

A man of God is obligated to teach the excellence of God's Word which arises from a pure and holy faith in Jesus. There is no covenant or harmony with Jesus and anything unholy.

Tolerance doesn't suggest the same thing in the world as it does in God's Word, and people have placed no division between the godly and the worldly because the man of God has been wishy-washy and unclear.

The world says tolerance means accepting everyone in their sin, but goes a step further teaching the innocent to do that very sin! This is why our public schools are wrong to teach sex education, evolution, relaxing techniques, witchcraft, situational ethics, and many other demonic and evil courses all under the error of tolerance and education.

The world says I preach "hell fire, and brimstone," but God's Word says I preach freedom and eternal life to whoever will believe the truth. I answer to God who created me and all that is in this universe! AND so do you!

God's love is Jesus dying for sin. Therefore, labeling sin isn't being intolerant! When sin is exposed, the Holy Spirit convicts man of sin. Conviction informs us of our responsibility to Jesus. Now comes our decision: should a person repent, their sin is washed away, but if sin is neglected, the individual will grow hard hearted with an attitude.

Stop passing out condoms, establish morals in the home and school, then teach abstinence. This will end teen pregnancy and most abortions! Stop teaching relaxing techniques or getting in touch with your inner self. Rest on Jesus who gives us peace of mind. Worship God not self. There is a distinction between the sanctified and the ungodly.

Many organizations and brotherhoods have accepted the world's meaning of tolerance. The Bible plus anything is sin! If I take a bucket of muddy water, remove half and add clean water, I will have muddy water! The opposite is true. I have clean water, put in a spoon of dirt, I have unclean water. This is the spiritual principle!

Stop being like the world. Stop compromising the truth. There is a difference between the sacred and the pagan! Inspect your life and see for yourself! Let the truth set you free! Get into a good church where you are taught the difference!
