Priest and Pre-Schooler
A priest was walking along the corridor of the parochial school near the
preschool wing when a group of new, little ones were trotting by on the
way to the cafeteria.
One little lad of about three or four stopped and looked at the priest in
his clerical clothes and asked, "Why do you dress so funny?"
He told the boy he was a priest and this was the uniform priests wear.
Then the boy pointed to the priest's plastic collar tab and asked, "Do
you have an owie?"
The priest realized that, to the boy, the collar tab looked like a
Bandaid. So the priest took the tab out and handed it to the boy. He
pointed to the back of the tab where raised letters give the name of the
manufacturer.
The boy felt the letters, and the priest smiled and asked, "Do you know
what those words say?"
"Kills ticks and fleas up to six months?"
