founded the church in Palangue. Many hours of hard work. Many sacrifices made with her eyes on God and her heart bound to helping the people. The people brought chairs to the site, where they worshipped God together and carried the chairs back home. Pastora Andrion, known as Lody began with a couple of dedicated women, going out into the surrounding villages to build the congregation. Palangue Church Of God had small beginnings but God's hand was on this church. Living Way Ministries was introduced to this dynamic little woman, and her love for the people spurred the desire of the team to help build a church. The current site was squatters land (it belonged to someone else) as does the surrounding area where all the homes are built. Living Way Ministries and your churches worked hand in hand with Bishop Claudio Mariano of the Philippines to purchase the land for a new church. In a rice field, 9000 miles away, God is working. This year 2003, these lovely people expect to begin worship in a new facility, with walls, lights and fans. We began building a church for the people of Palangue and realized that we were doing much more. You are giving the people a piece of land and a building the first many of them ever had any right to. But most importantly, you are building a church for God, where people will be able to gather and worship and praise the mighty name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. The Bible tells us that what we do for the least of His people, we are doing as unto Him. So let's build God a church. Let's see His children smile.
